Dubai is known for its architectural feats and the city’s latest residential development is yet another man-made marvel. The Floating Seahorse Villas are situated roughly 2.5 miles off Dubai’s coastline and are part of the Heart of Europe development on The World Islands. Spearheaded by Austrian property developers Kleindienst Group, the first and second phases of villas have already sold out. 42 villas are expected to be built by the end of this year with the remaining 89 villas set for completion by 2018.
The Kleindienst Group recently unveiled the first prototype home - comprised of three levels each villa will have a master bedroom and bathroom completely submerged underwater. A fully-fitted kitchen with a dining area, an open plan living area and sun deck complete the floor at sea level. The upper deck is the perfect place for alfresco dining and relaxation and features a bedroom, a mini bar, a kitchenette and a beautiful glass-bottomed Jacuzzi.
Each villa will feature a man-made coral garden with coral transplanted from an area off the Burj Al Arab .
Prime Places Real Estate have listed the villas for Dh10,000,000 on their website - to see the full listing and additional details follow the link http://bit.ly/236W7si
